The apartment has been extensively renovated - see photos. The entrance area and the hallway around the corner are so spacious that theoretically a dining area could even be set up in the hallway. A small storage room is available. Straight ahead is a large "children's room" with a window to the south-facing balcony. The new bathroom (with WC) is located directly next to the separate WC and opposite the kitchen, which can be closed with a sliding door. The kitchen leads to the south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Alps. Facing west is a large bedroom and a large living room. Both rooms have a huge balcony, which is accessible through the living room. The living room could theoretically be divided, as there is a south-facing window in the living room in addition to the west-facing window/door. Of course, the apartment also has a large lockable cellar.
Location
Directly opposite the spacious entrance to the building is a bus stop, a small recycling area, a football pitch and a kindergarten. Behind it are fields that lead directly to the Aubinger Lohe or on foot to Freiham or, in the future, to the planned new lake. A number of schools are between 1.5 and 2.2 km away, including Therese Grundschule, Mittelschule Wittelsbach, Max-Born-Gymnasium and Realschule Freiham. A large adventure playground is also within walking distance. All shopping facilities including a cinema, restaurants and medical centers are very well developed and popular in Germering. The nearest S-Bahn stop is Harthaus, which is still part of the Munich zone. The highway entrance is not far, yet not audible.
