For our bright apartment we are looking for quiet, friendly, reliable prospective tenants from a socially cultivated environment with a fixed income.
Prerequisites before signing a contract are proof of income (no job center or similar) for the last three months, self-disclosure (see attachment in the exposé), Schufa information, certificate of no rental debts.

The property is suitable for a single couple or a small family with a maximum of one child.
We exclude pets, smoking only outside the house.

We rent an approx. 85 sqm granny apartment with a separate entrance, which can be reached via an outside staircase.
It also has a covered terrace of approx. 14 sqm with a view of the garden. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen room without appliances (the tenant must bring in the kitchen), a hallway, an adjoining room with washing machine connection and a renovated shower room with natural light, which is equipped with a towel radiator, wall-hung WC and illuminated mirror cabinet.
The floors in the bathroom and kitchen are tiled, while the floors in the other living rooms and the hallway are covered with gray laminate. The walls have been freshly painted; all windows have roller shutters with insulated boxes.

Deposit: 3 months' rent

The house is located in a quiet side street. The south-facing slope allows brightness and sunshine all year round.
Shared use of the garden is possible.
