The apartment on offer here is on the top, second floor, easily accessible via the spacious staircase or the 4-person elevator. Lake Starnberg can be reached in 15 minutes and the mountains in under an hour. The Forstenrieder Park - you can see the treetops from the balcony - invites you to go for a walk, jogging or long bike rides.
