The maintenance of the outdoor facilities, including winter service, as well as the stairwell cleaning are taken care of by companies.
Unfortunately, there is no floor plan of the apartment.
But the photos are, in my opinion, very informative, so that you can imagine the apartment. There are two corridors, when you enter the apartment through the front door you stand in the first corridor, from which you can enter the guest toilet and the storage room on the right.
Straight ahead is the kitchen and to the left the living room.
There is a sliding glass door in the living room. This sliding glass door leads to the second hallway.
To the right is the smaller bedroom, to the left the larger bedroom and straight ahead is the bathroom.
The layout is well thought out and very efficient.
The "private rooms" lead off the second hallway and are not visible to visitors and guests for the time being.
