We rent a bright 2-room apartment with approx. 59 sqm of living space on the 3rd floor of an apartment building at Falkensteinstraße 2-4 in Oberhausen.
From the central hallway you can reach the daylight bathroom as well as the kitchen and the living room. The bedroom is directly accessible via the living room.
The entire apartment has been modernized, including new sockets and switches, a new WC and a fresh coat of paint.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not financed by the job center due to the conditions for 1 - 2 persons.
