There are rainwater tanks in front of and behind the Schöpfle (carport), which are supplied with enough rainwater from the roofing to water potted plants around the house and the small front garden. The Schöpfle is large enough to accommodate a vehicle as well as bicycles, firewood, garbage bins and much more.
Inside:
Ceramic tiles in the entrance area, hallway and kitchen; parquet flooring in the living and dining area. Features include a fitted kitchen on the first floor with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher (Smeg) and fridge (a freezer is located in the storage cellar) and a wood-burning stove in the living room.
Cork flooring on the upper floor. The smaller of the three bedrooms on the upper floor has prepared kitchen connections on the left wall (never used). The Bosch Smart Home control unit for the radio remote control of all radiator thermostats in the house is located there. The bathroom is brightly tiled and has a large double washbasin, bathtub and separate shower.

There are three large cellar rooms. The gas central heating with hot water supply is located in one of them. In addition to the connections for the water, electricity and gas supply, there is also space and connections for the washing machine and dryer. In the basement next to it is the fuse box with digital electricity meter, DSL cable and telephone connection, storage shelves and freezer.
Location
Shopping facilities, kindergartens, elementary school, grammar school, special school, outdoor pool, old town, retirement homes and bus and train stops are just a few minutes' walk away.
Parking is available in the driveway, in front of and in the carport/Schöpfle as well as on the street. This is located in a quiet 30 km/h zone and is mainly used by cyclists and walkers in good weather. It ends further on and joins the hiking and cycle paths into the Münstertal valley.
The nearest flowing body of water, the Gewerbebach stream, is located at a safe distance behind the rear gardens of the row of houses opposite on the other side of the street.
