Lauenburg Lakes Nature Park, residential and living project with seminar house + 4 residential buildings

"Hof Kranichmoor" is a former farmstead, built in 1952, which has been extensively and lovingly renovated, redesigned and extended over the last 35 years.
It is located on the edge of the village of Neuhorst in the immediate vicinity of a crane breeding area. The property has a total area of 15,000 square meters.
The farm is to be sold for reasons of age.
The center of the farm is a seminar and guest house, which offers space for up to 15 people.
In addition to the large seminar room (70 sqm) with its larch floor and a cozy basic stove, there are five rooms, two bathrooms and a spacious gallery on the first and second floors. The house has been fully booked for years.
Groups and seminars appreciate the special atmosphere of this place with its
park-like meadows, ponds and gardens and its rich tree population. It is an inviting place for relaxation, meditation, therapeutic
and artistic work. A meadow labyrinth and a sweat lodge, a sheep pasture
and a henhouse, as well as 2 construction trailers are part of the ensemble.
Almost all the buildings are grouped around an attractive inner courtyard. In addition to the seminar and guest house, there are 3 residential buildings with 195 - 235 square meters of living space, which we currently occupy ourselves.

with 35 - 110 square meters, which we currently use as vacation apartments or as a supplement to the seminar house. In addition, there are 2 fully functional carpentry workshops, a car workshop with lifting platform and a large
barn and a hall that can still be extended.
All buildings and apartments are connected to two recently renewed central heating systems
(pellet/solid wood and gas/heat pump).
3 photovoltaic systems with storage units supply the houses with their own electricity. There are large wood-burning stoves and tiled stoves in all the residential buildings and the firewood is stored in 3 separate sheds.
2 carports and additional parking spaces offer room for approx. 15 vehicles.
The architecture and the development of the seminar house, the residential buildings as well as the apartments are characterized by loving and generous design, a sense for special details and an artistic attitude. Much of the work was done in our own workshops.
The farm is an ideal place for a living community.
The continuation of the seminar house offers the opportunity to take over our large customer base.

"Hof Kranichmoor" is located in the middle of the Lauenburg Lakes Nature Park in a
typical terminal moraine landscape. Its forests, lakes, moors, meadows and fields
and fields form a harmonious, gently undulating landscape ensemble with a
rich flora and fauna. "Neuhorst am Wall" is part of the
municipality of Horst, created in the 1950s on the lands of the Althorst estate.
