The rent is currently set up as a flat-rate rent, but can - if desired - also be paid by the usual NK settlement.

Ground­ floor + first floor: The accommodation covers approx. 120 square meters and offers space for up to 9 people. It is a complete house with 3 apartments which is intended for sole use, but can also be partially rented out.

Highlights include:

Terrace/balcony, garden sharing, 3x bathrooms/WC (partly en suite) and 3x kitchens. The unit was completely renovated in 2022.

Single beds are available as standard! The kitchens are fully equipped. 3 modern bathrooms - 2 of which are en suite - complete the offer.

The unit is ideal for longer-term rental, for example for fiber optic expansion, assembly, project-related stays, etc., but also for larger student groups who would like to live together as a shared flat.

We reserve the right to make necessary or short-term changes. We prefer longer-term rentals and give preference to these. Individual discounts are negotiable for longer-term rentals.

P.S.: There is another property (apartment) available in the same municipality. The apartment has approx. 80 square meters and offers space for 1 to 4 persons in two double rooms (with 5 pers. occupancy: 1x triple room), plus bathroom and a spacious living and dining area.
