In our newly founded community, a beautiful and bright room of 18 sqm is available for sublet from January 1, 2026. The room has a window front with floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony, the wooden floor gives the room a warm atmosphere.

We use the entire floor, which consists of 4 rooms, a spacious entrance/waiting area, kitchenette and WC. A parking space is available in front of the building. No elevator.

Who we are:
We work as systemic counselors, therapists and coaches and have many years of professional experience. We value a friendly and calm atmosphere in our workspaces, as well as a collegial and engaging working environment. And we all like to laugh a lot.

Price & conditions:
- Room approx. 18 sqm for sole use
- unfurnished
- € 990.00 per month incl. advance payment for operating costs, heating, electricity, WiFi and cleaning
- 3 MM deposit
- Shared use of kitchenette, waiting area and WC

The room will be handed over unfurnished, freshly renovated and with white walls including existing daylight lamps.
The room is to be given to a maximum of two people for sole use. We would like someone from the field of counseling/therapy/coaching. Invasive procedures are not possible in the rooms.

P.S. The waiting area will be redesigned and a dishwasher will be added to the kitchenette.

The modern rooms are located in Munich-Pasing at the hospital, Maria-Eich-Str. 6a, 1st floor. The Pasing train station, the Pasing Marienplatz and thus stores for everyday needs, as well as the city park are only a few minutes' walk away.
