We have great neighbors and enjoy the benefits of a small town that has everything you need, while also being peaceful and close to nature. The proximity to Lake Constance and the Alps offers fantastic opportunities for leisure activities.
A special highlight is our outdoor area (with an outdoor grill and pizza oven), which provides many wonderful days in the summer.

Location
The semi-detached house is located in the small town of Markdorf. You can walk to the train station or the town center in 10 minutes. Just as quickly you are in the countryside (farm with cows, forest for long walks).
Lake Constance is 15 minutes away by car. Constance is 45 minutes away by car (including ferry), Ravensburg 25 minutes.

We have an aquarium with fish. The automatic feeder should be filled twice a week and the aquarium cleaned once a month.
We estimate a one-off charge of 500 euros for a professional final clean. We will also have the house cleaned at our expense before we hand it over.
