The central gas heating with 300 liter hot water tank is located on the second floor of the house in a room where the washing machine and dryer can also be accommodated and heats the house via simple, modern radiators with a low flow temperature in all rooms.
There is a large bathroom with bathtub and additional shower, a guest WC and on the second floor there are water and sewage pipes if you want to install another bathroom.
