22523 Hamburg (Eidelstedt)We are selling our 2022 completely renovated and luxuriously refurnished apartment with excellent south-facing orientation and floor-to-ceiling windows all around. The apartment has a wonderful view of the large garden and is centrally located in Eidelstedt (5 minutes' walk to the bus station/shopping center). If the apartment is only on the 1st floor, it can also be reached by elevator.
The apartment would be rented by the current owners for a period of 3 years from the time of purchase. It therefore represents a very interesting investment with direct rental income.

A high-quality, electric Venetian blind is installed in front of the dining/living room windows, which allows daylight to enter at any time and completely darkens the two rooms. Two electric shutters from the loggia to the dining room and guest room complete the possibility of darkening.
There is also an electric roller shutter in front of the master bedroom and additional pleated blinds in the kitchen and on the door between the dining room and loggia.
The apartment is also excellently insulated so that noises from outside or from the neighbors are barely audible. The bedroom is equipped with a barely audible ventilation system so that fresh air can be supplied even when the windows are closed.
The apartment also has a storage room in the basement, as well as a garage parking space for a large car and two motorcycles. Three bicycle rooms are also part of the complex.
The complex is in a very well-kept condition with strong reserves.
