As part of the refurbishment, the apartment received a new entrance door, new interior doors, new flooring (slate natural stone slabs and parquet flooring), new electrics, completely new water and sewage pipes, a new complex heating system with a gas condensing boiler in conjunction with a water-bearing stove, together with a domestic hot water tank and a buffer tank for the heating.
