The plots are located in the Hohenwutzen district, approx. 10 km from the town center of Bad Freienwalde, approx. 60 km north-east of Berlin and only a few minutes' walk from the Polish border with its many shopping facilities. The plots can be reached via two separate access roads. Both roads are dead ends, so peace and quiet is guaranteed.
The green areas have been partly used for agriculture and organic farming for 40 years.
All stores for daily needs are available in the town center. There is also a wide range of educational and childcare facilities as well as a variety of cultural, sports and leisure facilities. The nearest daycare center is located in the neighboring district of Altglietzen and the nearest elementary school in Neuenhagen. Other elementary school and secondary schools such as a secondary school and grammar school are located in the town center.
The federal highways 158, 158a and 167 are within easy reach of the road network.
