For a buyer who would like to use the offered apartment 04 himself in the future, the monthly ancillary costs of apartment 04 based on the property manager's statement for the calendar year 2024 amount to approx. 270 € plus the monthly maintenance reserve of currently 50 € as well as the individual consumption-based monthly costs for gas and electricity.
