Information on equipment
The house was partially renovated last year 2025 in summer / fall!
The following things were redone:
- on the first floor and upper floor new triple-glazed plastic windows in white (except the sloping roof window)
- new water pipe + power line from the basement to the upper floor
- New electricity box in the cellar
The following was modernized / renewed on the upper floor:
- new electricity sub-distribution box
- completely new bathroom with new water pipe and new washing machine connection, as well as new tiling
- new kitchen connections and water pipe for sink with dishwasher connection
- New ceiling and wall paintwork in all rooms
- Most of the electrics have been renewed
- New plasterboard wall to the stairwell
- new plasterboard wall to separate the checkroom and kitchen storage corner (the plasterboard walls can be removed again without any problems)
The upper floor was planned as a second residential unit for multi-generational living.
Hence the new kitchen connections and washing machine connection, as well as the electricity sub-distribution box.
The upper floor is currently still missing a new floor and interior doors, as well as a washbasin and toilet.
However, the house can just as easily be used as a detached house by removing the kitchen connections on the upper floor.
