We are renting out a newly refurbished and high-quality furnished apartment in a completely renovated and modernized building. Here you can expect modern living comfort in a stylish ambience - with the special highlight: a beautiful, large balcony facing the courtyard.

That's why your room will be professionally cleaned when the previous tenant moves out.
