We are renting out a newly refurbished and high-quality furnished apartment in a completely renovated and modernized building. Here you can expect modern living comfort in a stylish ambience - with the special highlight: a beautiful, large balcony facing the courtyard.

Facilities:

-­ Bright, friendly apartment with balcony access
- Own parking space with electric charging station (subject to availability and additional fee)
- Fully furnished: 1.40 m bed, closet, shelves, comfortable couch with coffee table
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen counter, with sink, ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment
- Daylight bathroom with large real glass shower cubicle
- Separate wardrobe and small storage room for additional storage space

As I am unfortunately unable to state otherwise here, I would like to list the exact distribution of costs:
The rent of €909 includes all costs incurred (internet - super fast, sweeping service, insurance costs, garbage, etc.). You make an advance payment of €90/month for gas, electricity and water and the consumption is then billed at regular intervals. The warm rent is therefore € 999.

Shopping facilities - stores for daily needs, the Cannstatter Carre, the Bad Cannstatt train station, the Wasen area, the stadium, the Neckar are all within easy walking distance.

You can wash your laundry conveniently in the basement in a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

There is seating in front of the building and a storage area for bicycles (even covered under the balcony).

The apartment is ideal for young professionals or students at the end of their studies who appreciate a well-kept, quiet and modern living environment, who are considerate in communal living and tidy in the household.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. It is not possible to keep pets.
