The general staircase leads to the newly built attic apartment (2nd floor).
From the apartment door you enter the entrance area and find yourself in a long hallway from which you can access all the available living areas.

The living room has a dining table, sofa and TV as well as a fitted kitchen fully equipped with high-quality electrical appliances.
In addition to the two skylights, the large dormer window in the living room, which provides access to the balcony, also provides bright lighting. The south-west-facing balcony is at the rear and therefore quiet towards the garden. With an area of just under 4 m², it offers space for a small table and chairs - the view here can wander into the greenery.
The kitchen/living room leads to the last room (Room I, approx. 12.1 m²), which can also be used as a bedroom. In addition to the second bed, there is a wardrobe, shelves and further storage space.
The apartment is suitable for couples with and without children due to its layout and the existing furnishings. However, the two fully-fledged bedrooms would also make it suitable for a working couple.

Bus route 114 takes you either in the direction of Eppendorf or further on to Dammtor in 25 minutes or in the other direction directly to the Lufthansa base in less than 10 minutes - perfect for those working at the airport.
The X35 express bus takes you to Rathausmarkt in around 35 minutes.
All shopping facilities for daily needs as well as doctors' surgeries and pharmacies can be found just around the corner on Borsteler Chaussee.
You can relax in the countryside in the nearby Eppendorfer Moor nature reserve or on the banks of the Alster.
