As our children are getting older we have bought a bigger house and are now selling our old cozy house in Neundorf. Neuendorf is a quiet little village, which lies between Gemünden am Main (approx. 7 km.) and Lohr am Main (approx. 7 km.) directly on the B26. The river Main is a 5-minute walk away, there is a kindergarten/after-school care center (approx. 300 m) and a bus stop (approx. 100 m.), the village is surrounded by forests and fields. The house is located in a quiet lane with good neighborhood.

The house was built in 1922 and extended over the years (all building plans and permits are available). In 2014 we bought this house and did a lot of work: electrics and water/sanitary pipes were renewed by specialist companies (invoices are available), new windows (double glazed) and radiators installed, ceilings and walls plastered and floor leveled. The Buderus boiler was installed in 2011 and is regularly serviced by the specialist company, the oil tank is approx. 4,700 liters (in May we filled up with 3,000 liters, our annual consumption was approx. 1,300 liters).

In 2018, a new entrance door and cellar door were installed, as well as a wood-burning fireplace in the guest room.
