The building, which was constructed in several stages and finally completed in 2010, has been extensively modernized over the last two and a half years.
The building technology was overhauled and a heat pump installed. In addition to improving the building's insulation, high-quality aluminum windows were installed and the building was given a new exterior render. The energy certificate is therefore currently being updated.
The overhaul of the roof, the conversion of the existing dormers with insulation and the new railings and balcony cladding give the building a modern, elegant appearance.
The floor plan was changed to create an open, bright and cozy living atmosphere. This resulted in a new bathroom in the main apartment, a bedroom with a dressing room and a hallway in front for additional storage space, as well as a large home office for the whole family. The kitchen was made by a carpenter and is equipped with high-quality components.
The existing tiling was removed and replaced with new, large-format tiles and oak parquet flooring.
The halls on the first floor were used as a commercial unit before the conversion and are currently used as a hobby workshop.
There is a cistern on the first floor for watering the garden.
The apartments can be taken over fully furnished and decorated on request.
