The apartment on offer here is located in a building complex comprising 3 buildings. This building complex was originally designed as a student residence. However, it was then converted into small condominiums. You can still clearly see this in the spacious staircase, which is located in building 1 (the apartment on offer).
The friendly, quiet apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. The visitor steps from the staircase into the entrance of the hallway from which several apartments lead off. The apartment itself is entered via a small hallway with a practical built-in wardrobe, from which the shower room is to the left and the living/sleeping area with open-plan kitchen is straight ahead. Two large windows give the 27 square meter room bright light and the view sweeps into the greenery.
All 3 buildings in the complex have been built on a quaree and there is a large open space in the middle with a lawn, paths and a place to park bicycles.
Building 2 also houses the cellar for the apartment on offer here. There is also a laundry room in the building, where laundry can be done for a small fee.
There is a main entrance to building 1, which is located in the inner courtyard, and there is also a rear entrance, which is located on the street side. There is a modern bell and intercom system at the main entrance which provides security for the residents.
The apartment is rented out and the all-inclusive rent is 530 euros per month. As this is a flat-rate rent, the new owner does not have to settle the annual service charges, which makes the work easier. The apartment is rented and sold including all furniture. It is a quiet, tidy tenant who has lived in the apartment for over 5 years.

The house and the apartment offered here are located in the St. Lorenz district of Lübeck. There is a very good bus connection and all necessary stores and facilities can be reached in a few minutes. The main train station, the central bus station and Lübeck city center are just a few minutes away by bus or bicycle. This is ideal, as you can easily get to any part of Lübeck from here. As Lübeck is not only a very old city, but also a popular city for students today, the apartment can be easily re-let at any time and there will therefore never be a vacancy.
