This practically laid out and partially furnished apartment is available to rent immediately. The apartment consists of 2 light-flooded rooms, which also offer enough space for a small family. A maximum of five people may move in. Proof of income is required before renting or, if government agencies are paying the rent, written confirmation from the job center that the rental costs will be covered. Unfortunately, tenants with negative Schufa entries cannot be considered. We are looking for a long-term tenancy. A contract should therefore be concluded that provides for a waiver of termination for at least 4 years. An annual adjustment of the basic rent by 6.4% is agreed to compensate for inflation. Other rent increases (modernization, rent index, etc.) are excluded.
