The "real" Munich neighborhood: Giesing has retained its unmistakable character. Here you will find quaint boazn (pubs) alongside modern cafés and small boutiques. The area around Tegernseer Platz or Hans-Mielich-Straße in particular is pulsating with life and offers you a real sense of community.
Close to the Isar and sport: the Isar meadows are just a stone's throw away! Perfect for runs, bike rides, relaxed barbecues or simply enjoying the sun on the gravel banks. The Nockherberg is also within easy reach and offers not only the famous strong beer festival, but also a beautiful view.
🚇 Top connections & infrastructure
Right in the middle and yet accessible: Whether you need to get to university, work or the old town - the connections are brilliant. With the Giesing subway station (U1/U2) and the Giesing train station (S3/S7, Meridian), you are perfectly connected. The bus is a 3-minute walk from the front door.
