HEALTHY LIVING, SUSTAINABLE AND ENERGY-EFFICIENT CONSTRUCTION

SUSTAINABLE AND CALCULABLE: TIMBER-HYBRID CONSTRUCTION
The buildings are constructed using the timber-hybrid construction method, in which wood from sustainable sources is used. Prefabricated modules and individual elements of the houses are delivered by truck and assembled directly on the construction site.
This ensures good fire protection properties as well as short construction times and calculable costs.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS MET
All buildings meet the KfW Energy Efficiency House 40 standards in order to receive the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG).
The houses have good insulation and the ventilation concept provides for demand-dependent ventilation for a healthy indoor climate.

A GOOD MIX OF RENTING AND BUYING
You pay an ongoing monthly usage fee for your apartment and are protected in the long term against terminations for personal use. With a one-off membership fee, you become an equal member of the cooperative. The cooperative builds the houses, is the owner and bears the financial obligations. The concept thus combines the flexibility of renting with the security of ownership. In our project "Am Alten Seeweg eG" we offer various apartments from 2 to 4 rooms (approx. 42 - 93 m²).
