The house was built and furnished with love. We have spent around
17,000 euros for the house not to be occupied over the winter, but rather
the good weather conditions only from spring/summer

feel good. The earthquake and snow load package ensures safety. The
living space is given as 124 square meters (incl. HWR). But it could be a little bit
more, as the heating system has been upgraded to a high-quality, modern air-to-water heat
