First-time occupancy detached house in Wehingen in an idyllic location

The house was built and furnished with love. We have spent around
17,000 euros for the house not to be occupied over the winter, but rather
the good weather conditions only from spring/summer

more, as the heating system has been upgraded to a high-quality, modern air-to-water heat
