The balcony is covered with granite slabs and painted in larch / white all around up to the staircase opening - edged incl. parapet finish in larch. The apartment door as described above leads into the spacious hallway. The hallway leads to the large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. All kitchen connections are integrated into the wall bordering the hallway.
The balcony door and the other windows are all triple-glazed and all have a tilt and turn function. The window frames are white plastic. All vertical windows have electric blinds. The roof window in the room for manual opening has a sun blind on the outside that can also be operated manually if desired. Skylights are glazed and framed in plastic; all skylights also have a control for supply air.
The bedroom is located directly to the right of the hallway as you enter the apartment. Here, too, there are vertical windows with roller blinds - same design as before - next to the bedroom is another room with 1 skylight - same design as before.
