The building will be completed in 2023 - KfW 40 Plus - with a total of 3 residential units. With air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating, which can also be used for cooling in summer. There is a ventilation system with heat recovery. The apartment has a KNX smart home system. It is located on the first floor and has a limited mountain and lake view from the living room and terrace. The terrace and garden are south-facing.
The entrance on the south side of the house is used exclusively by this apartment. The lift and slide door provides barrier-free access to the terrace and garden.
