Quiet and sunny 2.5-room apartment near the main train station (recently renovated).

We are renting out a very bright, newly renovated 2.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained multi-family building. The walls, bathroom, and kitchenette are new (first occupancy). The original, restored wooden floor gives the apartment its charm.

From the entrance hall, which provides additional privacy (this area is shared with the neighbor), you enter the hallway. From the entrance hall, you also access a room of approximately 14 square meters, which is separate from the main apartment. This room is ideal as a home office/study. However, due to this layout, the apartment is not suitable for shared living arrangements. From the hallway, to the left is the newly renovated bathroom, straight ahead is the kitchen with almost 16 square meters, and to the right is the large living/bedroom.

The apartment is heated by a central heating system.

In the passage leading to the courtyard (which will be landscaped in 2026), bicycles can be safely stored.

The apartment is close to N-HBF and Aufseß-Platz (U1) - each about 5 min walk, yet very quiet, as the MFH is located in a cul-de-sac. The old town can also be reached in approx. 5 min. Restaurants, stores and doctors are in the immediate vicinity.
