Location
The village of Rehfelde is located around 30 kilometers east of Berlin. It stretches between fields and woodland along the Berlin-Kostryzn (Küstrin) railroad line. The municipality of Rehfelde also includes the districts of Alt-Rehfelde, Werder and Zinndorf, which lie just outside the Rehfelde area.
The B1 / B5 federal highway runs a few kilometers south of Rehfelde, so that the town can be reached by this route. At Rehfelde train station there is a connection to the regional train, which takes you to Kostryzn in Poland or Berlin. It takes about half an hour to get to the center of Berlin. Bus routes 934 and 936 pass through the village, and there are connections to other bus routes from Strausberg station.
The districts of Rehfelde Dorf, Werder and Zinndorf consist of a few houses, most of which are lined up along a main road. Here, too, the development is loose, characterized by single-family houses and greenery. The Mühlenfließ flows past Werder and Zinndorf. The Tesla Gigafactory can be reached by car in approx. 25 minutes.
