We offer a fully furnished apartment including all household appliances.
The existing fitted kitchen with crockery and complete furnishings save you the time and expense of refurnishing.
The apartment is approx. 35 m² in size and is available immediately.
The basic rent including furnishings is € 620.
The service charge including electricity is € 140. As this is a flat rate, there will be no service charge settlement during the rental period and no additional payment after the end of the rental period.
The total rent is therefore € 760 per month.
As the technical room for the entire building is located in the apartment, we would like to make an agreement with the tenant that we can gain access to this room if necessary (approx. 1-2 times a year) - naturally only by prior appointment.
Further information:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Deposit for open-ended tenancy: 3 months' rent.
- Maximum 2 persons (for the second person the service charge increases by 60 €).
- Personal liability insurance is required for each person.
