Tenancy agreement:
The apartment is rented with a graduated rental agreement, which provides for an annual graduation of 3%. Other important contractual conditions:
A minimum rental period of one year is agreed.
Termination on 31.12. is excluded for operational reasons.
Apart from this, the statutory notice periods apply.
The keeping of pets in the house is generally not permitted and must therefore be agreed and recorded in writing.
