There is space for a total of six Tiny Houses on two idyllic plots within walking distance of the sandy Baltic Sea beach and the breathtaking cliffs.

Each tiny house has a modern, spacious kitchen, an open-plan living area with direct access to the terrace and a variety of storage solutions in cupboards and shelves. Outside, you will find a private garden and your own parking space. The living space is characterized by its high walls and large windows, which, in combination with the underfloor heating, ensure a bright and pleasant indoor climate even in winter.

The project comprises a total of 6 tiny houses spread over two plots. We would be happy to send you an exposé of these.

The high-quality Tiny Houses have been developed by NAWALO GmbH (www.nawalo.de) from Elmshorn and will be delivered to you in one piece and erected on the plot.

The Hamburg architectural office pb²architekten (www.pb2-architekten.de) will take care of the approval of the project and the development of the plot for you.

The location of the plots is idyllic, surrounded by historical charm. In the immediate vicinity you will find the listed Schönhagen Castle and the castle park with a picturesque lake and the historic gatehouse.
Just 800 meters away is a beautiful sandy beach where you can relax in a beach chair, enjoy fresh fish sandwiches or let your gaze wander over the sea with an ice cream in your hand. For your everyday needs, you can easily reach a bakery, a supermarket, a kiosk, various bistros, two cafés and a large playground on foot.
Another highlight is the nearby cliff, which invites you to take relaxing walks by the sea. A cycle path leads directly by the sea to the marinas of Olpenitz or Kappeln, where you can explore other tourist highlights.
