Hello, we are looking for a friendly roommate (preferably of Czech or Slovak nationality) for a private, non-through room of 16m2 in a 2-room apartment located between the Budějovická and Kačerov metro stations.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, stove, microwave, Wi-Fi, etc.). The room is fully furnished with a desk, lamp, bed, bedside table, armchair, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The floors have been recently sanded and varnished. The apartment also offers the option of using a shared gazebo with a small garden.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find a medical center, numerous restaurants, shops, and other services. The location is particularly convenient due to its excellent transport links, not only to the city center but also to other cities via train and bus.

The monthly rent is 8,000 Czech Crowns. All utilities are included in the price. A refundable security deposit of 8,000 Czech Crowns is required. The room is available for move-in from mid-October 2026.
