All the main areas (kitchen, living room, large bathroom, guest WC, three bedrooms) and access to the garden are on one floor, making the house easy to live in for people with disabilities or senior citizens.

Approx. 3 km from Glashütten, our house is located in a quiet side street with a view of the village church of Oberrod.
The sunsets are legendary and the surrounding garden is always in the sun, as the garden goes around the house.
In Glashütten (5 min.) there are doctors, veterinarians, pharmacies, supermarkets, kindergartens and everything for daily use.
An elementary school is 10 minutes away.
Secondary schools are in Königstein or Idstein itself.
