This spacious apartment, which was first occupied by us, is located on the 2nd floor (incl. elevator) of an apartment building with a total of 13 units. The building was completed in summer 2018 and occupied in October.
The house is part of an area that was developed from a former barracks site with a holistic concept focusing on family and senior-friendly living and is also known nationwide under the name "Dahoam im Inntal".
In addition to the green areas, the entire site, which is co-owned, also includes two spacious children's playgrounds, a central square for community events and several plots for planting small vegetable gardens.

A well-proportioned, brick-built cellar room belongs to the apartment. There is also a communal laundry room with a space for a washing machine and dryer (one above the other).
Outside the house there are two separate houses for waste disposal and for storing bicycles.
An outdoor parking space and an underground parking space are available for parking vehicles. The parking space in the underground garage has a wallbox for charging electric vehicles.
The existing fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge can be replaced if required.

The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. The heat energy is provided by district heating on the basis of a heat supply contract.
All living areas have high-quality real wood (oak) parquet flooring in all living areas, as well as tiled flooring in the bathroom, WC and kitchen. In the shower, a tiled mosaic matching the floor has been laid on the floor and parts of the walls.
There are LAN sockets in all living rooms and the hallway which converge centrally in the distribution box. A cable connection and a fiber optic cable are available for connecting to the Internet.

The A8 freeway can also be reached quickly, which means that both the center of Munich and the Alpine regions can be reached quickly by car. The journey time to Rosenheim is approx. 15 minutes and to Munich approx. 40 minutes.
By public transportation:
Brannenburg is well connected to the public transport network. The town has a train station on the Rosenheim-Kiefersfelden line, which means there are direct train connections to the surrounding area and to Munich. It takes about 45 minutes by train to reach Munich Central Station.

The village of Brannenburg has a good range of local amenities. The supermarkets Edeka (incl. beverage market) and Netto are within 5 minutes walking distance. There are also shoe, sports and clothing stores, as well as an additional grocery store (Penny) and another drinks market.
