The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. The heat energy is provided by district heating on the basis of a heat supply contract.

Brannenburg is well connected to the public transport network. The town has a train station on the Rosenheim-Kiefersfelden line, which means there are direct train connections to the surrounding area and to Munich. It takes about 45 minutes by train to reach Munich Central Station.
