69483 Wald-Michelbach – HessenI am selling a well-kept maisonette apartment in an 8-party house. The ancillary costs amount to approx. 200€. Hot water is provided by a hot water heat pump and heating is provided by pellets.
Particularly noteworthy is that the apartment has a separate entrance and, in addition to two small balconies, you can also use the large inner courtyard and garden of the house.
