There are rooms available in our shared flat after the renovation. Come in, feel at home - that's how it should be. Well-designed, pleasantly bright with lots of windows and enough space to feel really comfortable. Whether you mainly want to sleep here, need to concentrate on work or have visitors from time to time - the spacious room offers you the peace and flexibility you need.

BONUS:
Following renovation, the apartment is currently unfurnished except for the kitchen. However, the rental prices are calculated for the furnished state. Therefore, each tenant can put together a furnishing package (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.) at IKEA worth approx. 800.00 € according to their taste. Of course, there is no entitlement to a cash payment of the amount!

The minimum rental period is 12 months.

The apartment itself is clearly structured:
Five separate rooms in two wings, a bright, spacious kitchen with a large dining area as a communal meeting point and two bathrooms provide ample space. All rooms are connected via a spacious hallway, which creates a pleasant feeling of space.
Most rooms have a small storage room to provide a little more space for personal belongings (see floor plan).
There is space for storage in the entrance area and the transition room, and there is also a spacious room of over 20 m2 for all residents to use for additional storage space.

The location is super practical: everything you need - supermarket, local transport, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants - is just a few minutes' walk away. Central location, but pleasantly quiet - a mixture that you rarely find.
