We have only lived in this beautiful apartment for 3 years. We are now selling it again for personal reasons.

What we love and appreciate about this apartment:
The living room and bedroom have beautiful parquet flooring.
The ceiling height in the living room is 3.50 meters. This makes the room feel spacious.
The fitted kitchen is four years old and has been little used. We are also selling the fridge/freezer and the dishwasher (very little used).

In the hallway and living room there is a built-in wardrobe, in the living room a built-in shelf (was used as a small office). Overall, the apartment is well laid out, there is plenty of storage space.

The awning was upgraded by us with a high-quality fabric.
