It is close to Vyšehrad park, the Vltava River, the riverbank promenade, tram stop (Albertov, Výtoň) in 3 minutes, and Vyšehrad and Karlovo náměstí metro stations in 10 minutes.
It is fully equipped: 2 beds with storage space, wardrobe, dining table, chairs, armchair, television, and Wi-Fi. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A washing machine is located in the utility room on the floor.
The apartment is suitable for long-term or medium-term rental.
Due to its size, the apartment is ideal for 1 person (maximum 2) and is offered directly by the owner.
Price: 15,000 CZK plus utilities. Utility costs (energy and services) are 4,500 CZK per month. An additional charge for energy applies for a second person.
A refundable deposit equal to one month's rent is required upon signing the contract, and rent is paid one month in advance.
Smoking is not allowed in the building or apartment, and pets are not allowed.
