The historic Rottal four-sided farmhouse dates back to the 19th century and, with its surrounding wings, forms an enclosed courtyard typical of the region's traditional architecture. The roof truss and windows were renovated in 1975 and the house has a living space of approx. 155 m² on two levels (first floor and upper floor). A total of eight rooms are available, including a living room, three bedrooms and four further rooms that can be used flexibly as work, guest or ancillary rooms.

In addition to the residential building, the ensemble of buildings includes an agricultural barn (Stadel) and other outbuildings.
