Classic old building apartment in a central location, bright and quiet

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a really beautiful, classic old building in the Nikolaviertel. This means that you can quickly reach the city center on foot and, if you walk in the other direction, the train station even faster. All stores, doctors, schools and kindergarten are within easy reach. The neighborhood consists partly of similar houses - classic old buildings - and partly of new buildings, such as behind the employment office. There is little traffic, so living here is quiet and you can always get a parking space with a resident's permit.
The apartment itself is very well laid out. It has three rooms, two of which are currently used as bedrooms. The third room is the living area with dining area and directly adjoining kitchen. This is where people live, eat and spend a lot of time together.
The bathroom has large windows and a bathtub. The washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway, which is very practical because it saves space.
The apartment is mainly west-facing, so it gets sun from midday until sunset.
There is a cellar and a garden in the inner courtyard for all residents of the house. The bicycles are also stored here when they are not in the cellar.

The apartment is centrally located and easily accessible. It is only a few minutes to the train station and by car you can reach the highway within a few minutes. The street itself is not very busy and therefore it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment.
