The rooms are bright and welcoming, with new flooring. An attic space within the apartment on the 2nd floor can be used, for example, as a storage room or a communal area for the residents of the 2nd floor. The fitted kitchen, with 3 refrigerators and 2 ceramic cooktops, as well as an adjacent living/dining area with a printer and scanner, and access to the terrace, are located on the ground floor and are for the shared use of all residents of the shared apartments.
