Beautifully renovated building (January 2026) in the heart of Opladen. The rooms were also furnished with new basic furniture in January 2026 and are located in a 5-person shared apartment (2nd floor, attic with a slight slope, partially with skylights) and a 6-person shared apartment (1st floor), each in separate apartments with new, stylish bathrooms featuring windows. The rooms are bright and welcoming, with new flooring. An attic space in the 2nd-floor apartment can be used, for example, as a storage room or a communal space for the residents of the 2nd floor. The fitted kitchen, with 3 refrigerators and 2 ceramic cooktops, as well as an adjacent living/dining area with a printer and scanner, and access to the terrace, are located on the ground floor and are available for shared use by all residents of the shared apartments. On the intermediate floors, there are 2 new toilets, and on the ground floor, there is an additional small shower room with a toilet. The rooms vary in size and price. The utilities, which include internet, gas (heating), water, and electricity for normal consumption, cost 90.00 EUR per month per room.
