From November 2025 to March 2026 we offer our apartments for a fixed monthly rent. 1300€ incl. all additional costs. No deposit.
Our fully furnished and high-quality studios combine the feel-good character of an apartment with a contemporary mix of classic and digital hotel services. Regardless of whether you are staying for two nights or several months, whether you are coming to Lake Constance as a project worker or employee, doctoral student, apartment seeker or tourist: Motel 42 offers every guest urban accommodation in the style of a modern townhouse. In our serviced apartments, our guests can "start living" right away. A fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining, living and sleeping area and a spacious bathroom create a home-like atmosphere. This also means that sufficient storage space, large shelves, good lighting and plenty of power sockets are essential features. The "Clean-up Room" also has everything you need to clean your own room and do your own laundry, giving you a sense of freedom and independence from your own four walls. But despite all the independence, service is a top priority at Motel42: Weekly room cleaning and linen changes as well as free Wi-Fi with uncomplicated access are of course included with your accommodation.
