With its beautiful old town center, Erpel is one of the most beautiful places on the Rhine. It lies directly on the Rhine opposite Remagen. A small ferry takes pedestrians to the other side of the Rhine in summer.
Erpel is located between Bad Honnef to the north (approx. 7 km) and Linz to the south (approx. 4 km), which are well connected via the B42. All shopping and supply facilities are available in both towns.
