Charming half-timbered house

The charming half-timbered house was built in 1832 and has approx. 140m² of living space. It stands on a plot of more than 1100m². The large garden offers many opportunities for playing, gardening or simply relaxing on the large south-facing terrace.

You enter the house via the large hallway with stairs to the upper floor and the cellar.
To the left, the dining room with fireplace leads to the living room. There is an open half-timbered wall between these rooms.
To the right is the kitchen and a large storage room.

Straight ahead is the utility room with the Buderus gas condensing boiler from 2013 and the 200-liter hot water tank. There is space for a washing machine and dryer. There is also a washbasin, shower and toilet.

The south-facing terrace and garden can be accessed through a narrow door.

Upstairs there is a large hallway, four bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, toilet and two washbasins.

The attic ceiling is insulated. The attic can be reached via an attic ladder. The floor is dry, the roof is made of clay tiles and is probably from the '70s.

The cellar is located under the kitchen and storage room. It is almost 200 years old and of limited use. Firewood for the stove can be stored here, for example.

The timber frame was extensively renovated in 2010, including the replacement of all the threshold beams.

Kindergarten and elementary school are in the neighboring village and can be easily reached by bike. There are several shopping facilities for daily needs just a short distance away.

You can live in the countryside here and yet it is not far to Rinteln, Bückeburg, Stadthagen or Minden for a stroll through the town.
