First floor: entrance area with guest WC, fitted kitchen and separate, small storage room, spacious living and dining area with direct access to the covered terrace and the small, low-maintenance garden. A wood-burning fireplace can be connected in the dining room.

Second floor:
Spacious maisonette-style living room with open gallery and access to the sleeping loft, ideal as a cozy retreat.

Basement: Large room on different levels (former studio), versatile use as a home office area, artist's studio, yoga room or children's room. The laundry room is also located on this level.

Cleebronn is a wine-growing community at the foot of the Michaelsberg. The Tripsdrill amusement park is nearby. You can reach all shopping facilities in Brackenheim or Güglingen in just a few minutes, and you can be in Heilbronn or Bietigheim-Bissingen in less than 20 minutes.
In the village there is a bakery, a small corner store, an ice cream parlor, several restaurants and a drinks shop. The construction of a supermarket is being planned. An elementary school and kindergartens are located directly in the village.
