Four semi-detached vacation homes are located close to the beach (200-250 m) in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. The living space of each semi-detached house is approx. 120 m² in total and is ideally divided into two equally sized, uniform residential units. You can expect a unique location in OT Spitze. The houses are solidly built and are in a condition appropriate to the year of construction.
Each semi-detached house has its own entrance on the ground floor. A shower room with WC and living/dining room with kitchenette lead off the entrance hallway. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The small hallway leads to two bedrooms and the guest WC with washbasin.
The living room leads to the private terrace with adjoining communal lawn.
The four semi-detached houses are located at the end of two cul-de-sacs in OT Spitze. They are situated together on one plot. There is a double garage between the semi-detached houses, in the rear of which there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Four semi-detached houses share the use of this room.
This room also houses the modern heating boiler, which runs on liquid gas. The property has its own 4000 l tank.
The eight semi-detached houses are fully furnished and equipped. Fiber optic connections (TNG) are available.
The vacation home complex is being offered privately and we are aiming for a complete sale (not individually). There is a land register for each semi-detached house.
