This listed residential building with 3 residential units, built in 1720, is located in the heart of Heidelberg's old town, directly below the famous Heidelberg Castle.
Since undergoing a thorough renovation while retaining its classic layout and architecture, the house has been continuously modernized and thus combines a classic old building ambience with modern living comfort.
The three apartments are currently all rented and divided as follows:

- First floor (approx. 45 sqm):

A beech wood staircase leads to the open attic with exposed beams. Here you will find the sleeping area and the bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. Solid wood flooring made of Siberian larch is laid in all living areas.
