Welcome! We are offering our beautiful house for sale, which includes a hall, a garage, and the possibility to purchase an adjacent plot of land separately. The buildings and the land are easily visible from all sides, so feel free to take a look from the outside beforehand. We purchased the house, along with the attached garage and the adjacent hall, in 2015 and have lovingly renovated it over many years. It was particularly important to us to restore the original character of the property. The following renovations have been completed or significantly updated:

Currently, there are three apartments in the house, each with 74 square meters of living space. These are accessible via a beautiful shared staircase.
