The 1-room apartment offered here was newly renovated in 2024 and is fully furnished. The bright living room/bedroom has a large window front and offers a beautiful view of Wiesbaden's villa district.

The stated rent is a flat-rate rent, all costs are included (basic rent, utilities, electricity, furniture and WiFi). There is no billing of additional costs, so there are no further costs for you.

The covered balcony extends over the entire room. The living room/bedroom is furnished with a "Bali" sofa bed incl. bed base. A full-size bed with slatted frame and mattress (120 x 200) can be folded out in one easy step. Blankets and pillows can be stored in the bed base. There is also plenty of storage space in the Pax closet and drawer units.

An ergonomic workstation with a height-adjustable table has also been installed. The sideboard with flat-screen TV (currently removed) is also part of the furnishings. A dining table with four chairs completes the offer.

Despite its small size, the new modern fitted kitchen has everything you need: A full-size sink, a fully automatic coffee machine, an oven with integrated microwave, an induction hob and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is also newly furnished and has a floor-to-ceiling shower, as well as new sanitary facilities and a beautiful mirror cabinet. A washer-dryer is also available.

The large balcony offers a wonderful view of Wiesbaden.

Parking spaces are available on the street in front of the house (no parking disk, no resident parking required).

Close to Dambachtal and Nerotal, surrounded by historic villas. Just 15 min. walk to the city center. By car you can reach Clay & Hainerberg in 10 min and Mainz Kastel in 15 min.

You can reach the city center on foot, in 10 minutes the Wilhelm- and Taunusstrasse. Stores for daily needs, restaurants, a gym and the Kurpark are also just a few minutes away.

The BKA site at Thaerstraße 11 is in the immediate vicinity.
